- We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Paystack, and Pay on Delivery (only available in select cities).
- All prices are listed in Naira (₦) and inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
- Orders are processed upon confirmation of payment (unless Pay on Delivery is selected).
4. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver nationwide across Nigeria using trusted couriers.
- Delivery time varies by location but typically takes 1–5 working days.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other external factors.
5. 🔁 Returns & Exchange
- Due to the nature of perfumes, returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Exchanges can be made for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective.
- Customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving such items, with photo proof.
